This was a tough photo to take. This is me at the House of Gerhard, a fantastic German Restaurant, putting the finishing touches on the resetting of the dining room. I'm currently a waiter, and wanted to show something waiter-related, but I did not want to take a photo while costumers were still in the restaurant; that would look rather awkward. This picture shows my hard work as the night comes to an end.I've worked here for three and a half years; if I didn't like what I do, I wouldn't be there. It's a great place with great workers and great owners. They're like a second family to me. In my opinion, serving is something everyone should take up at some point in their lives. It teaches you responsibility, common sense, dealing with people of all personalities, and learning how to accept success, mistakes, and even failure.
